Coastal Health & Wellness seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, safety, and improvement projects across healthcare locations. You will lead preventive maintenance, coordinate HVAC and electrical systems, and manage contractors to ensure safe, patient-ready environments.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in facilities management, strong project management, and excellent vendor relations. Travel between CHW locations is required; on-site leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, building operations, or healthcare facilities.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple facilities, projects, vendors, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and repairs to ensure safe, patient-ready environments.
