HonorHealth Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee repair, replacement, and renovation of owned and leased facilities. You may supervise project leads, coordinate with vendors, architects, engineers, and internal departments to ensure compliance with healthcare codes and budgets.

The role requires strong scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills, with experience in healthcare facility projects and PM certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years related experience.
• 3 years of related PM experience in diverse environments.
• 5 years of construction project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Organize project functions and personnel for effective development.
• Develop master schedules and determine project priorities.
• Estimate costs and prepare budget/Value schedule.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors.
• Develop purchase orders and liaise with Supply Chain.
• Monitor progress of sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Verify pay requests and compile cost reports.
• Communicate with VP Real Estate and project sponsor on construction aspects.
• Ensure necessary approvals and as-built drawings are completed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
