Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic checks and upkeep of walls, floors, and ceilings.
• Patch, paint, drywall repair, and install counters/cabinetry.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance and support events.
• Coordinate with vendors; manage purchases and invoices.
• Use work order systems to document work and track inventory.
