Cura Health is seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant specializing in painting and drywall repair to support the maintenance and upkeep of our healthcare facility. In this role, you will be responsible for performing painting, drywall patching, and minor repairs throughout the facility to maintain a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform interior and exterior painting tasks including surface preparation, priming, and applying paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
  • Repair and patch drywall, including holes, cracks, and water damage, ensuring smooth and durable finishes.
  • Inspect walls, ceilings, and surfaces for damage and perform necessary repairs promptly.
  • Assist with general maintenance duties as needed, including minor carpentry and cleaning.
  • Maintain paint and drywall supplies, tools, and equipment in good working order.
  • Follow facility safety protocols and infection control guidelines during all work activities.
  • Collaborate with maintenance team and other departments to coordinate projects and minimize disruption.
Requirements
