Job summary

Mercy Health is hiring for a leadership role in facilities maintenance on the Saint Louis campus. The position leads a functional area, overseeing maintenance operations, safety, and the Environment of Care across the hospital campus, clinics, and related properties.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of trade-school training or related experience, 2 years in building maintenance, and leadership experience. A valid driver’s license and tank operator certification within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• Education: 1-year trade school in electricity, HVAC, refrigeration, or building maintenance.
• Experience: 2 years in progressive building maintenance; 1 year leadership experience.
• Licensure: Valid Driver's License; Class A/B Tank Operator Training and Certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and management control for a functional area of the facility maintenance department.
• Lead for other support services as required to Mercy Health.
• Ensure effective management of the Environment of Care for Mercy Health.
