CBRE Regional Facilities Senior Manager in Richmond, VA leads a team overseeing hospital and campus operations, ensuring reliable maintenance and regulatory compliance across sites. You will visit client hospitals throughout the Richmond area with occasional travel to nearby regions.

You’ll drive strategic facility plans, manage budgets and vendors, and mentor staff while advancing CBRE’s safety and service standards. This role requires a strong operations mindset and collaborative leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; management experience required.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Ability to explain complex information and manage expectations with stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills to motivate teams toward operational targets.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior-level supervision to Facilities Managers and their teams.
• Apply broad knowledge of facilities operations and cross-functional integration.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for facility operations and capital projects.
• Conduct regular regional facility inspections for regulatory compliance and efficiency.
• Manage budgets, including capital expenditures and operating budgets across regions.
• Foster client relationships and resolve complex facility issues through high-level meetings.
• Oversee vendors and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead initiatives to enhance environmental health and safety procedures.
• Train teams on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
