Job summary

Fisher-Titus is seeking an Facilities Operations Coordinator to provide extensive support to the Facility Operations Department and Manager. The role involves presenting all documentation to surveyors during triennial surveys and ensuring ODH/ACHC compliance with life safety and environmental standards.

The position requires an Associate’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience, with preference for accreditation/survey experience and strong reporting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in applied sciences, business management or applicable field.
• At least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties.
• Experience with accreditation and survey process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full scope of preparation for accreditation triennial surveys; includes ensuring completion of accreditation preparation checklists and preparing the facility for accreditation surveys.
• Oversees, conducts, and manages the survey documentation to ensure accreditation compliance.
• Assist in maintaining Water Management compliance, including LAMPS software and logs.
• Supports implementation of new policies and procedures to improve efficiency of office operations.
• Liaison with vendors/contractors to organize and schedule services at correct frequency.
