Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator to oversee repairs, maintenance, and vendor relationships across care sites. You will help secure materials, manage service contracts, and support budgeting efforts for operating expenses and capital projects.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency within a High Reliability Organization, with day shifts and a 40-hour work week, located in the facilities department.

Qualifications

• High School or GED (Required).
• Two-year degree or equivalent combination of experience.
• Thorough technical skills in assigned areas.
• Broad knowledge of maintaining commercial real estate.
• Proficient with basic computer applications such as Power Point, MS Office and MS Outlook; 2+ yrs.
• Experience in commercial property management, skilled trades or construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and future planned work for facilities and associates, informing care sites of planned services.
• Assist with outsourcing and vendor services; schedule and communicate to avoid interruptions; verify effectiveness.
• Assist with ordering materials, services and equipment; ensure paperwork and accounting are in order.
• Assist in creating annual budgets for Operating Expense and capital infrastructure for real estate and care sites.
