Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leadership experience and 5 years in HVAC, plumbing, electrical or utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop facilities and new construction for the business unit.
• Direct projects (site repairs/construction, preventive maintenance) within timeframes and budget.
• Oversee building systems (mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, NFPA, NEX, LS, elevators).
• Manage contractors for renovations (HVAC, electrical, production floor).
• Inspect construction, repairs, and work orders to ensure timely, compliant completion.
