Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of healthcare maintenance or construction experience with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of chiller systems, boilers, hydraulic systems, building controls, electrical systems, air handlers, and regulatory standards.
• Must have valid driver's license and be available for varying shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Ensure hospital, satellite clinics, and building systems meet regulatory requirements.
• Lead environment of care and safety meetings while overseeing maintenance programs.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and inclusive work environment aligned with industry standards.
