Ironside Human Resources in the St. Louis area is seeking a Facilities Management Director for a full-time, permanent position. The role oversees hospital and satellite clinic facilities to ensure Joint Commission standards compliance and coordinates preventive maintenance with OEM partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility equipment experience in hospital/healthcare maintenance.
• 5+ years of leadership/management experience.
• CHFM and/or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure hospital and satellite clinics meet Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and manage relationships with equipment manufacturers for systems such as chillers, boilers, hydraulics, building controls, electrical, and air handlers.
• Develop and oversee safety meetings for the facilities.
