Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedules for assigned shift.
• Report accidents/incidents to supervisor.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing staff when performing routine tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, facility and equipment.
• Replace burned-out light bulbs and clean windows as directed.
• Service heating and cooling units as specified.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality of resident information.
