Job summary

Required is a high school diploma with vocational trade training and experience in two trades or two years in general maintenance. ASHE/NFPA-99 training must be completed within the first year of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with vocational training in carpentry, electrical, electronics or plumbing.
• 1 year of full-time experience in two trades or 2 years in general maintenance.
• Within 1 year, complete ASHE and NFPA-99 healthcare facilities training.

Responsibilities

• Repairs electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Repairs piping and heating equipment and maintains heat/water systems.
• Repairs Medical Center equipment and lighting fixtures.
• Operates Boiler Room as required and supports renovations.
• Performs preventative maintenance tasks.
