Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and emergency generator operation.
• Ability to function with minimal supervision and valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn hospital emergency procedures and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations and maintenance of facility systems.
• Perform minor electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Assist with building system assessments and repairs.
• Respond to alarms and maintain a log book of tasks performed.
• Participate in department on-call rotation.
