The Christ Hospital Health Network seeks a skilled maintenance technician to manage and execute a broad range of maintenance tasks at off-site properties and hospital facilities. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, installations, and other services for hospital utilities, structures, and non-medical equipment.

Required are competence across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting, plus the ability to read schematics. Welding/brazing is preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in maintenance work.
• Ability to perform maintenance across multiple trades.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain maintenance programs for off-site properties.
• Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, installation and other services to hospital utilities, structures and non-medical equipment.
• Read schematic drawings to troubleshoot and repair systems.
• Work weekend shifts and holidays as required.
