CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Healthcare sector in the Lubbock, Texas area. You will maintain small to medium buildings, industrial systems, and equipment, performing preventive maintenance and repairs.

Under supervision, you will follow established procedures, inspect installations for code compliance, and help install or modify building equipment. We value safety, reliability, and clear communication with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; combination of experience and education considered.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion using available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use established procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Contribute to team outputs by following defined duties and processes under supervision.
