Job summary

Villa At the Park is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join their team. The role covers daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the facility’s interior and exterior to ensure a safe, clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities include inspections, handling maintenance requests, snow removal, basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing tasks, and keeping accurate inventories and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Associate degree or trade certificates or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of interior and exterior areas.
• Address maintenance requests and support the environmental services team.
• Lead inspections and assist during facility visits as needed.
• Perform snow/ice removal, minor repairs, and safety-focused tasks.
• Maintain inventories and documentation for parts, tools, and work performed.
• Ensure safety standards and follow established procedures.
