Job summary

Prime Healthcare in Dallas is seeking a Hospital Maintenance Technician II to maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems in a busy hospital setting. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to issues, and help keep patient care areas safe and compliant.

The role requires troubleshooting skills, a valid driver's license, and at least 2 years of experience. We offer full-time hours, day shift, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1. Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints.
• 2. Valid state driver's license.
• 3. Minimum 2 years' experience required
• 4. High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Repair & Maintenance of Equipment: repair and maintain mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, and plant infrastructure-while troubleshooting issues using schematics and blueprints
• Preventative Maintenance: regular inspections and checks to prevent breakdowns, like lubricating motors, testing generators, or checking emergency lighting
• Facility Upkeep: patching walls, painting, installing fixtures, or even minor carpentry or electrical work
• Safety Compliance: ensure a safe working environment by maintaining accurate equipment logs, adhering to safety standards, and driving as needed for company business
