Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and grounds to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform repairs: painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical components as needed.
• Keep maintenance records for equipment and service history.
• Follow OSHA and fire safety policies; assist with emergency procedures.
• Report issues to Maintenance Director and coordinate external assistance when needed.
