Qualifications

• Experience as Maintenance Technician in a skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, facilities and equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with supervising maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services as needed.
• Submit accident/incident reports to the director on the shift.
• Ensure safety equipment is used and MSDS procedures followed.
• Report hazardous conditions or equipment to the Director.
