The Wellstone Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance activities within a healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will supervise staff, coordinate with Nursing Services, and enforce safety and sanitation policies for resident areas.

Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months in health-related maintenance, a 10th grade education, and be able to read, write, and speak English.

Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a health-related maintenance dept.
• Must read, write and speak English clearly.
• Minimum age 19.
• Ability to lead and supervise non-professional staff.
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement departmental programs.
• Maintain care and use of supplies and equipment; keep work areas neat.
• Perform regular inspections of resident rooms and equipment.

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks and schedules.
