Job summary

Wellspring in Louisville, KY is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure upkeep and repair of all Wellspring facilities, including offices and residential sites. The role is Monday–Friday, 7:00–17:00, totaling 40 hours per week with occasional on-call duties.

Candidates should have five or more years of maintenance experience across trades and a high school diploma or GED. This position requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, plus background checks and a fitness

Qualifications

• Five or more years of maintenance experience required in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, electric, drywall, mechanical, landscaping, etc.
• Experience with work order management applications is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Wellspring facilities, including offices and residential facilities.
• Ensure effective upkeep and functionality of building systems and equipment.
