Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years in maintenance roles with at least one (1) year in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, painting, carpentry, electrical systems, and HVAC in industrial/commercial facilities.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and participate in the work of Maintenance Department staff and activities.
• Establish schedules and methods for facility maintenance services; allocate resources accordingly.
• Develop and implement departmental training, safety, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor and control budgets, supplies, and equipment; review expenditures and prepare cost estimates.
