Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years facilities maintenance experience with 3+ years in supervision.
• EPA Section 608 Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Strong preventative maintenance and safety compliance background.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and facility-related standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Oversee preventative maintenance for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting).
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct regular facility inspections.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage project timelines and budgets.
