Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead facility maintenance and engineering services in a healthcare environment. You will drive operational performance, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and oversee site utilities such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing and life safety.

You will manage vendors, engage with client management, and guide supervisors and staff while controlling budgets and forecasting operational needs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of manufacturing maintenance management experience.
• Licenses for heating, piping and cooling (S-1/S2) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• P&L experience.
• Experience with building systems (HVAC/R) maintenance.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plans, administers and directs all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services.
• Delivers strong operational performance by meeting standards and regulatory programs.
• Ensures compliance with safety, Joint Commission and local standards.
• Oversees electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, energy management, fire safety and grounds.
• Vendor management.
• Interacts with client management and maintains client relations.
• Develops operational component forecasts and explains variances.
• Manages accounting functions and capital budget program.
• Ensures proper use of ISIS Pro modules to manage operations.
• Ensures contract obligations; duties may change to meet commitments.
