Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Maintenance Manager to supervise and manage all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services at Yosemite properties. You will lead maintenance teams, drive safety and operational standards, manage budgets and client expectations, and partner with site leadership to deliver reliable services in a unique park environment.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on problem solving to keep historic properties operational

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of experience in maintenance.
• Requires 1-2 years of experience in a management role.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage function independently, without direct supervision.
• The ability to multi-task is a must.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops maintenance teams to meet client needs.
• Ensures safety standards in all operations.
• Manages daily team briefings and performance.
• Directs work of full-time employees or equivalents.
• Manages client budgets and P&L statements.
• Executes facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications.
