Aramark is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead facility management departments for a healthcare site in Michigan. You will apply technical expertise to evaluate operating standards, measure performance, and drive improvements across maintenance and engineering services.

Qualifications

• Requires 5-7 years of manufacturing maintenance management experience.
• License(s) for heating, piping and cooling work preferred (S-1/S-2).
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
• Knowledgeable of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership abilities and ability to manage teams.
• Requires P&L experience and cost control capabilities.
• Experience with preventive maintenance of building systems (HVAC/R).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and time management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Creative and flexible in evolving environments.

Responsabilités

• Plans, administers and directs all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services, including ARAMARK and client financial accountability, and compliance with ARAMARK standards.
• Delivers strong operational performance by executing against standards and programs, monitoring operations and completing action plans for proactive maintenance.
• Ensures compliance with safety, Joint Commission and regulatory standards by appropriate local agencies.
• Oversight of site utility systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, energy management, fire safety and grounds.
• Vendor management.
• Interacts with Client Management and maintains effective client relations at all levels, including rounding; identifies service expansion opportunities.
• Provides direction and manages performance for all Facility and Maintenance Supervisors and front-line employees, including rounding and development.
• Develops operational forecasts and explains variances.
• Responsible for accounting functions and capital budget program.
• Ensures consistent use of ISIS Pro modules to manage operations.
• Ensures compliance with all contract obligations; duties may change to meet commitments.
