• Oversee electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire/life safety, water treatment, and utility systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and service providers.
• Develop and manage operational forecasts and budgets.
• Maintain financial accountability and capital planning.
• Conduct facility assessments and implement corrective action plans.
• Partner with client leadership and conduct operational rounding.
• Drive employee engagement, development, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with contract obligations and safety programs.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and service expansion.
