Job summary

Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dependable Maintenance Supervisor to maintain a safe and well-functioning environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will coordinate and perform preventive maintenance and repairs across the facility and grounds while supporting daily Maintenance Department operations.

The role requires leadership, the ability to supervise staff, and strong knowledge of building systems.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of maintenance experience required.
Nursing home or long-term care maintenance experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of general building maintenance, repairs, and equipment upkeep.
Ability to supervise, organize, and prioritize maintenance tasks.
Proficient in following written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and complete preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the facility and grounds.
Inspect building, equipment, and resident areas for needs and safety hazards.
Perform plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and related repairs within scope.
Support compliance with building maintenance and safety requirements.
Maintain preventive maintenance program and records.
