Job summary

Pacific-Wellness-Centers seeks aMaintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance department in a healthcare setting, ensuring environmental compliance and sanitary conditions. Qualifications

• High School diploma and 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• 2+ years in long-term care preferred; HVAC and maintenance experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred but trainable.
• Knowledge of laundry/housekeeping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Services staff and manage department budgets and records.
• Execute preventive maintenance program and keep upkeep records.
• Maintain center profile and equipment history with replacement parts records.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs per regulations.
• Coordinate with residents, nurses, physicians and staff on environmental services requests.
• Additional duties may be assigned.
