Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance across building, grounds, and equipment.
• Maintain NFPA 101 Life Safety Code compliance and state rules.
• Keep surveys ready and follow up on corrective actions.
• Run preventive maintenance and log systems inspections.
• Coordinate fire drills and emergency preparedness plans.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.
• Respond to work orders promptly, including on-call as needed.
• Supervise maintenance staff and manage budget/inventory.
• Collaborate with Administrators to support resident safety.
