Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of technical maintenance and building automation system experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience managing a maintenance team preferred.
• Two years leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Facilities team and manage onboarding, training reviews, and performance management.
• Delegate department tasks, assign projects, and maintain a positive work environment.
