Qualifications

• This role requires a 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of facility management experience, with knowledge of TJC, CMS and related standards.
• Specialized knowledge in building, fire, or utility systems and NFPA life safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control the activities of the engineering department.
• Maintain a comfortable, clean environment for patients, staff and visitors.
• Administer construction projects by providing estimates and schedules.
