The ideal candidate has 5+ years of facility management experience and a strong background in building, fire, and utility systems, with a focus on NFPA life safety

The Director Facilities Management is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling the activities of the engineering department. The Director will maintain a comfortable, clean environment for patients, employees, medical staff and the public in accordance with policies, procedures, and standards of HCA, JCAHO, DPH, and CMS federal regional and state agencies. The Director must be well versed in codes and requirements of regulatory agencies. The Director must also be well educated in the use of computer systems, computer drawing systems, and inflectional control standards. The position will administer construction projects by providing estimates, schedules, etc.
