Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking a Maintenance Director to plan, organize, develop, and direct the Maintenance Department ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant facility. You will oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate with other departments, and manage safety programs.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, inspecting equipment, budgeting, ensuring MSDS documentation, and timely repair work while complying with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Must have high school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in maintenance/plant.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Ability to work tactfully with staff, residents, families, and authorities.
• Maintain safety, equipment, and supply handling practices.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Maintenance Department.
• Coordinate maintenance with Dietary, Nursing, Activities, and others.
• Supervise safety and fire protection programs; enforce PPE use.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; ensure equipment working properly.
• Develop and manage department budget and cost reports.
• Prepare maintenance plans, MSDSs, and hazardous chemical labeling.
• Oversee outside vendors and contracts/work orders.
• Participate in surveys and prepare corrective action plans.
