Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Three years of supervisory maintenance/plant experience.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the Maintenance Department to meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain maintenance policies and procedures and ensure schedules are followed.
• Coordinate maintenance with other departments and manage external vendors as needed.
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure tasks are performed properly and resources are available.
• Maintain safety programs and ensure use of protective equipment and MSDS compliance.
• Assist in budgeting for equipment, supplies, and labor and monitor expenditures.
