Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; HR may substitute directly related professional experience for required education on a 1:1 basis.
• Five (5) years of maintenance or construction management experience.
• Five (5) years of experience with CMS, Joint Commission, AHCA, and/or NPFA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages construction and/or remodeling projects throughout the TMH Campus in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations.
• Maintains Above Ceiling Permit Program, Preconstruction Risk Assessment, hot work permits, etc.
