Job summary

Weekday AI (YC W21) seeks licensed physicians to evaluate AI-generated medical content, applying clinical expertise to improve accuracy and safety. This is a fully remote, part-time engagement requiring about 10 hours per week, with compensation per hour.

You will review content for clinical relevance, reference guidelines and literature, and share practical insights from real-world practice. Independent contractor engagement with weekly payments; H1-B or STEM OPT candidates are not supported.

We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals who can apply their real-world clinical expertise to evaluate AI-generated content, provide domain-specific insights, and help build more accurate and reliable AI solutions for healthcare.

This role is for one of our clients.

Compensation: $90-$100 per hour

We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals who can apply their real-world clinical expertise to evaluate AI-generated content, provide domain-specific insights, and help build more accurate and reliable AI solutions for healthcare.

This is a flexible, fully remote, part-time opportunity requiring approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential for ongoing collaboration based on project needs and performance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated medical content, responses, and healthcare-related materials for clinical accuracy, quality, and relevance
• Answer healthcare-specific questions and provide thoughtful, evidence-based feedback using your professional expertise
• Identify and recommend trusted clinical references, guidelines, and educational resources relevant to your specialty
• Share practical insights into real-world healthcare workflows, clinical decision-making, and day-to-day medical practice
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary subject matter experts to improve AI performance across a wide range of healthcare use cases
• Help ensure AI systems produce reliable, clinically appropriate, and well-reasoned outputs

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Doctor (MD)
• Minimum 2 years of professional clinical experience; broad clinical or general practice experience is preferred
• Strong familiarity with medical literature, evidence-based medicine, and clinical resources such as UpToDate, PubMed, and peer-reviewed journals
• Comfortable evaluating medical information and applying sound clinical judgment
• Experience teaching, mentoring, supervising residents, or participating in medical education is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms is desirable
• Based in the United States
• Professional proficiency in English with excellent written communication skills
• Ability to commit approximately 10 hours per week on a consistent basis
