Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in creating and designing complex digital products/experiences.
• Interest in healthcare and medicine.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a love for new challenges.
• Strong verbal communication skills; strong writing and composition abilities; knowledge of general SEO and ADA guidelines.
• Self-directed and comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Create and own UX and design deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, and full comp designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic analysis and competitive analysis.
• Involve in all stages of the design process from research to prototyping and implementation.
• Apply consumer needs, brand guidelines, and strategic insights to digital solutions.
• Contribute and critique design work with the creative teams.
• Advocate for human-centered design processes and stay current with trends and tools.
