Real Chemistry is seeking an Experience Designer to join our growing team in a hybrid/remote role across the US. You will shape UX strategy, create wireframes, prototypes, and journeys for diverse healthcare clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You’ll conduct user research, usability testing, and apply brand guidelines to deliver accessible, pixel-perfect designs. If you enjoy solving tough problems and collaborating, this role fits you.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience creating and designing complex digital products/experiences.
• Interest in healthcare and medicine.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a love for new challenges.
• Strong verbal and writing skills; knowledge of SEO/ADA guidelines.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Pixel-perfect design with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create and own UX deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, annotations, journeys and full comps.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic and competitive analyses.
• Involve in all design stages from research to concepting, prototyping and implementation.
• Apply consumer needs, brand guidelines and strategic insights to digital solutions.
• Contribute and critique design work with cross-functional teams.
• Advocate for human-centered design and stay current with design trends.
• Lead by example to motivate teams to adopt new methods.
• Present ideas to internal teams and ensure user-friendly solutions.
