Real Chemistry is seeking an Experience Designer to join our growing team. This entry to mid-level role supports the execution of creative and digital experiences for healthcare clients, blending research insights with human-centered design to solve tough problems.

You’ll work autonomously and with teams across the agency, delivering wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design deliverables while staying aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Hybrid/remote US role.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in creating and designing complex digital products/experiences.
• Interest in healthcare and medicine.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a love for new challenges.
• Strong verbal communication skills; strong writing and composition abilities; knowledge of general SEO and ADA guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Create and own UX deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, functional annotations, experience strategic thinking, customer journeys, sketches and full comps.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic analysis and competitive analysis.
• Involvement in all stages of the design process; research through concepting, prototyping, and implementation.
• Effectively apply consumer needs, brand guidelines, strategic insights, etc. to a variety of digital solutions.
• Present ideas and concepts to internal teams and ensure consistent and user-friendly solutions.
