Real Chemistry is seeking an Experience Designer to join our growing team. This hybrid/remote role supports in creating and delivering complex digital experiences for healthcare clients from offices across the US or remote work within the US.

The position is entry to mid-level, requiring 2–5 years of experience and an ability to work autonomously or with teams, applying quantitative and qualitative research to craft solutions that inspire strategic thinking and customer-centric design.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in creating and designing complex digital products/experiences.
• Interest in healthcare and medicine.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a love for new challenges.
• Strong verbal communication skills; strong writing and composition abilities; knowledge of SEO and ADA guidelines.
• Self-directed with the ability to work with ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Ability to think proactively, multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Eye for pixel-perfect design and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create and own UX and design deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, annotations, journeys and full comps.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic and competitive analysis.
• Involvement in all stages from research to concepting, prototyping, and implementation.
• Apply consumer needs, brand guidelines and strategic insights to digital solutions.
• Collaborate with and critique design work with creative teams.
• Advocate for human-centered design and new methods.
