Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging (SDMI) is seeking an Environmental Services associate to maintain cleanliness across patient areas and offices. You will perform daily cleaning of carpets, floors, furniture, walls, vents, and fixtures while following safety procedures and SDS guidelines.

You will inspect equipment for hazards, respond to safety concerns, and complete required reports within 24 hours of events. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and adaptability to facility needs.

Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent; housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must follow the chain of command.
• Must complete or direct completion of occurrence reports within 24 hours of events.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of patient and office areas including carpets, chairs, floors and furniture.
• Inspect equipment for safety hazards and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow SDS guidelines for products used; handle laundry and biohazard materials per policies.
• Maintains floor surfaces, walls, vents, fixtures and windows; proper waste disposal.
• Move and transport cleaning equipment such as vacuums and extractors.
• Participate in cross-training and stay updated on department policies and procedures.
