Qualifications

• Five key qualifications: HS diploma or GED; 3–5 years EVS healthcare experience; prior supervisory experience; strong knowledge of environmental hygiene and healthcare cleaning standards; excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop EVS caregivers and service leaders; manage daily operations and staffing; monitor hygiene and compliance with cleaning and isolation standards; conduct patient rounding and address concerns; ensure readiness for regulatory surveys; manage budgets and payroll-related activities.
