Qualifications

• Progressive Environmental Services leadership experience in healthcare.
• Experience designing and delivering instructor-led and digital learning programs.
• Experience creating e-learning content and using LMS.
• Knowledge of Environmental Services operations, infection prevention, and regulatory standards.
• Experience leading onboarding, coaching, competency validation, or workforce development.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, and change management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement onboarding, orientation, and ongoing professional development programs.
• Create engaging digital learning content, including e-learning modules and resources.
• Deliver instructor-led, simulation-based, and hands-on training to build caregiver confidence and competency.
• Standardize training, competencies, and educational materials across the health system.
• Utilize data, inspection results, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage Environmental Services education within the LMS and act as a coaching SME.
