Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks an Operations Manager to direct support services across hospital facilities. You will coordinate frontline teams and serve as a bridge between administration and units to deliver top-quality service.

You will establish standards, schedule staffing, hire and train associates, and supervise housekeeping leadership. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualificações

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience with high customer contact.
• Effective written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a changing environment.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
• Ability to train and develop staff and lead teams.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and annually review standards and procedures for staff.
• Plan work and staffing to ensure adequate service levels.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training of new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct inspections and make facility recommendations.
• Prepare monthly reporting of goals and outcomes.
• Provide staff education and ongoing training.
• Communicate with staff, administration and other departments.
• Coordinate external services (e.g., Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical and Solid Waste, document destruction, recycling).
