Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial General Manager 3 to oversee the housekeeping department at Butler Behavioral Health Hospital in Providence, RI. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 5 years of related experience, preferably in healthcare environmental services.
• Experience leading custodial or environmental services teams.

• Guide environmental services operations to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Manage day-to-day performance, oversee budgets, and champion safety.
• Oversee an operations manager and a team of ~30 frontline union employees, reporting to the Client Executive.
