Brown University Health is seeking a Manager of Environmental Services (EVS) to lead daily EVS operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and patient-centered environment at Rhode Island Hospital. The role directs supervisors and frontline staff, maintains cleanliness standards, and drives quality through training, auditing, and continuous improvement.

The manager collaborates with clinical and operational partners to ensure regulatory alignment and consistent delivery of environmental hygiene services

Competenze

• Required: Associate degree in management, business administration, or healthcare-related field (or equivalent experience).
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily EVS operations and linen services across areas.
• Set cleanliness and sanitization standards; ensure procedures are followed.
• Develop staffing schedules and assignments for adequate shift coverage.
