Responsabilidades

• EVS Operations & Service Delivery: Direct and supervise housekeeping and linen operations across assigned shift/areas to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and visual standards are consistently met.
• Quality Assurance, Rounding & Continuous Improvement: Perform routine inspections of assigned areas to evaluate cleanliness, quality of work, and adherence to standards.
• Regulatory Compliance, Safety & Infection Control: Ensure EVS practices align with hospital policies, infection control standards, and safety procedures.
• Staffing, Scheduling & Workforce Coordination: Supervise frontline EVS staff including assigning work, monitoring productivity, and ensuring completion of duties.
• People Leadership & Staff Development: Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of staff; provide ongoing coaching, training and development.
• Equipment, Supplies & Operational Support: Ensure proper use, maintenance, and tracking of equipment and supplies; coordinate repairs or service as needed.
