Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial General Manager 3 to oversee housekeeping and patient transport at New England Baptist Hospital, a 120-bed specialty orthopedics hospital in Roxbury Crossing, MA.

You will lead an Operations Manager and a team of 35–40 frontline employees, overseeing budgets, safety, and service delivery to meet and exceed expectations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in an acute care setting, specifically OR and/or ED.
• Proven experience leading custodial or environmental services teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong budgeting, safety and performance metrics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping and patient transport operations to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Manage day-to-day performance, budgets, and safety initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of 35–40 frontline employees reporting to the Multi-Service GM.
